Living with pain can impact everything—sleep, work, mood, and the ability to enjoy daily life. At Ellinwood Hospital & Clinic, our Pain Management Clinic provides personalized, evidence-based care to help patients reduce pain and improve function.

 

Pain management services are led by Greg Seiler, CRNA, in collaboration with your primary care provider and specialists as needed.

Conditions We Commonly Treat

If pain is interfering with your life, you don’t have to “just live with it.” We commonly help patients experiencing:

 

  • Chronic back pain and neck pain

  • Sciatica or radiating nerve pain

  • Arthritis and joint pain (knee, hip, etc.)

  • Muscle pain and trigger points

  • Persistent pain after injury or surgery

  • Other chronic pain conditions affecting mobility and quality of life

Our Services

Your plan may include one or more of the following, depending on your symptoms and medical history:

 

 

Comprehensive Evaluation & Care Planning

 

  • Review of medical history, symptoms, and previous treatments

  • Physical assessment and review of imaging (when available)

  • Individualized treatment plan and follow-up

 

 

Interventional Pain Procedures

 

  • Radiofrequency ablation (RFA)

  • Epidural steroid injections

  • Trigger point injections

  • Joint injections (knee, hip, and more)

 

 

Ongoing Support

 

  • Treatment monitoring and adjustments

  • Coordination with primary care, therapy, imaging, and specialists as needed

  • Patient education focused on long-term improvement

 

Not every patient needs procedures. We’ll discuss options and recommend the best fit for your goals.

Yes, you will need a referral from your primary provider or specialist. 

Is pain management only for severe pain?

No. Pain management is for anyone whose pain is affecting their daily life—whether mild, moderate, or severe.

 

How quickly will I feel better?

Every person is different. Some treatments provide relief quickly, while others take time. We’ll review expectations with you.
